Gradually cut down on red meat, fries, butter, cheese, ghee and junk food of every kind. Take a nice dose of water depending on your body requirement. Coconut water and fresh fruit juices can also be taken post meals. Food intake should be half of your normal diet. You can consume small portions of all kinds of food you like, but say no to fries, butter and cheese.
